Geobiology

Analysis and correction of earth energies and geomantic disturbances of a place.

HabitatPartially validated approach

Origin and history

Geobiology was born in the 1920s in Germany with Gustav von Pohl's work on links between dwelling places and illnesses. It belongs to a long tradition of observing "places that make sick" (Celtic sites, Chinese feng shui, Indian vastu). Practiced by geobiologists trained in specialized schools (notably in France and Switzerland).

Principles and foundations

According to geobiology, the subsoil emits electromagnetic disturbances (Hartmann, Curry networks, underground watercourses, faults) which, combined with modern electromagnetic pollutions (Wi-Fi, high-voltage lines, antennas), can affect health. The geobiologist analyzes the place and proposes corrections (bed displacement, source neutralization, harmonization).

Typical session flow

On-site visit of 2 to 4 hours. The geobiologist uses traditional tools (divining rods, pendulum) and modern ones (electromagnetic measurements, gaussmeters). Written report with concrete recommendations (relocations, shieldings, corrective plants).

Main indications

Persistent sleep disorders in a given place, unexplained chronic fatigue at home, feeling of unease in a room, construction or real estate purchase projects.

Contraindications and precautions

No contraindication. To be considered as a complementary approach to medicine. Chronic fatigue first requires a medical assessment.

State of research

Scientific evidence on specific "telluric networks" (Hartmann, Curry) is absent or very weak. On the other hand, the impact of anthropogenic electromagnetic fields (prolonged high-speed Wi-Fi, close antennas) is in active scientific debate. The WHO classifies these fields as "possibly carcinogenic" (category 2B).

How to choose a practitioner

Prefer geobiologists trained at the French school of geobiology or Swiss equivalent. Ask for references of previous studies. Typical fees: $200 to $500 for a home analysis.
